Zárate Violin Lessons

Hello, I'm José, I'm 19 years old, I have been playing violin for 13 years now and mainly specialize in classical music. I have competed at multiple state-level competitions (placing 1st several times), have played with the Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra and feel confident in my abilities to teach others violin. Though I won't put much emphasis on music theory, be it a beginner or someone with more experience, I can provide helpful tips when it comes to technique, posture, producing better sound or helping to read music in order to play a song.

My service stands out as I will be patient but persistent with the student so that they can reach their musical goals. I will also have my violin close by so I can better demonstrate how to play certain passages correctly or more efficiently.

In particular, something that I truly enjoy is witnessing others' progress and the sense of accomplishment one derives from, say, learning a new technique or a difficult passage within a piece.
