I like to get to know the student a little bit and establish a comfortable, relaxed environment. If a student has any playing experience, I ask them to play something they're familiar with.

The primary guide to how I shape guitar lessons is the students' musical goals and favorite artists and songs. The main goal of each lesson is the creation of a musical experience - namely, enjoying the playing of guitar, together.

I teach how to learn music organically, spontaneously and creatively, more by ear than by notation.

$80 45 minutes
