Francisco Carbonell

Francisco Carbonell

About

Hello!

My name is Francisco Carbonell. I’m originally from Spain and have been studying piano since the age of five. I went on to study composition, organ, and orchestral conducting in college, followed by three years at the Vatican School of Music in Rome.

I’ve been teaching piano since I was 16, and it continues to be a true passion—something that brings me great joy!

As a composer, I’ve received awards and recognition in over 20 international composition competitions. My music has been performed around the world, including in Japan, Australia, Germany, England, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and the United States.

I currently serve as the Music Director and Organist at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church in Birmingham, AL.

Whether you're a beginner or looking to advance your skills, I’d love to help you on your musical journey. I look forward to working with you!
