Celestial Yoga 1
About
My name is Celeste Smith, of Celestial Yoga 1. I became certified in hot yoga in August, 2015. I am a breast cancer survivor (7/2014) and after treatment I was too exhausted from chemo and radiation to resume working out 6-7 days a week before cancer. I chose hot yoga in order to assist my body in removing the toxins. Little did I know that I would fall in love with what seems to be the most difficult style of yoga created. I became a yoga teacher to help others work on their fitness goals. I am also studying to become a certified yoga therapist for those of use that want to manage chronic pain and not mask it when there is nothing else the traditional medical community can do to elevate or stop the pain. I’m learning to live the the small imperfections of aging. Come join this journey to improved health, flexibility and gain strength and a little freedom from pain. Live life to the fullest!
Namaste.
i enjoy sharing my story which is bigger than this space to become happy, joyous and free. I want to share the gift of yoga that keeps on giving.
