About

At the first lesson, I introduce basics, and everyone learns a simple song on the piano! I go over expectations, and we can see if we are a good fit together.

For voice: I introduce techniques that a student can use to immediately improve the quality and tone of their sound. You can hear a difference!

Making a difference! See how students of all ages progress, and improve.

Beth has a wonderful personality and you can tell that she really has a passion for teaching. She has an intelligent pedagogical approach to teaching adults which really resonates with me personally. With her help I really believe that I will finally learn how to play the piano like Ive always wished I could. I look forward to learning from Beth for a long time.

Beth is a fantastic teacher. She is fun, yet firm, and she treated my son like the little man he is. I can already see him improving after his first lesson!

    Frequently asked questions

For piano I introduce a little music history, and we go over basics.  Everyone leaves the first lesson, learning how to play a simple piece.

For voice, we talk about the larynx, how phonation, and breath control works, proper placement of words/sounds in the mouth.  I teach some simple breathing exercises, and we vocalize.  I send home something simple for diction.
