I have seen amazing results. Keep training and have an open mind. And have fun. No matter what.

From 1979 until 1981 he trained in Tae Kwan Do under master Hwang. In 1981 he trained in Shotokan Karate with Master Bo until The late 80’s when he began Learning Under the late great Master Kenny Gong (Gong Ack Fei) of NYC who taught the internal systems of Shing-Yi and Ba Gua Zhang. When Sifu Day found this system, everything he had previously studied, all came together. Sifu Day studied under Sifu Gong until his passing in 1996. He continues to study and research the system everyday like it’s his first day. Such is his dedication to the art. He’s a traditionalist and pays much attention to detail. This he feel’s will bring the greatest progress. He’s available for both private and group instruction. (40+yrs experience) As classmates and friends,I've known Sifu Day for almost 20yrs now and I can say, "Life is art and art is life". He never fails to not find and point out a connection between everyday life and the art we train. His skill is high and his understanding of the Internal is very deep, and for the westerner, this is quite significant, he is a bridge. Teaching through real life association, his students learn the essence of the arts faster through experiential use in everyday life. An Exceptional Teacher
