What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Every student is different. I tailor lessons to meet their needs. I ask them about their goals and evaluate their ability. The provide tools to get them there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken lessons on all the instruments I teach. I have been playing a long time not just alone but with other professionals. I have performance, recording and touring experience.

$20 for 1/2 hour $35 for an hour at my home

How did you get started teaching?
When people know that you play they ask. And I enjoy sharing what I have learned with others. I t also challenges me and makes me a better player.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all ages. Kids and young adults seem most eager to learn. Adults often want to know more about the business and polishing technique or songwriting.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
i am a fan of rock music and enjoy seeing acts play live. I enjoy rehearsing with my current bands and playing out
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone you are comfortable with. You have to be able communicate and understand them so you can advance with your instrument

Find out if the teacher can provide the knowledge and skill they seek to aquire
