Joel Garlington

My name is Joel Garlington, I am 18 years old, and I have been playing guitar since I was around 12. I started off learning by ear for years, then eventually took classes. I am currently studying music theory and composition, and hope to pursue a career where I can utilize these skills. I have experience being in bands and music programs, as well as experience playing live.

I can help you if you are just starting to play the guitar, have been playing guitar for a while, or just want to learn a couple of songs. I can provide lessons to help students get better at playing guitar, as well as a better understanding of guitar and the music they want to play.

I can learn to understand and enjoy any style of music, as well as any style of playing. As a student myself, I believe that I can relate better to the student in order to help them understand their instrument more easily.
