Lessons From Greg
About
My lessons are all about developing creativity, becoming more comfortable with your instrument and enjoying the process. Let's jam.
I get to see people become better players and develope their musical tastes and abilities. Playing music has been a great outlet for me and I hope to share that with others.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
If the student has any prior knowledge, I will see where they're at and offer any tips I might have. Playing an instrument is both phyrical and mental, so it is important to gain the proper dexterity and strength before learning songs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing and studying guitar from a very early age. I have an associates degree in audio engineering and have studied guitar with multiple great teachers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$40/half hour
How did you get started teaching?
I am a fairly new instructor, but I first started offering lessons while I was working at a gated community where there was a need for a guitar teacher.
What types of students have you worked with?
Ages 10-14
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Try a virtual meeting and see how it goes! Explain your goals and ask the teacher what they recommend. The spectrum of teaching methods is large, so shop around and don't feel bad if it isn't the right fit. 👍
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Ask yourself: "Am I having fun?" - "Am I learning?" - "What are my goals?"
