I have been playing guitar professionally for over 50 years now, and have taught guitar for over forty. I
am original member of and been on T.V with, and you can search/hear our infamous Ca. Surf Band, "Dave & The Custom's" well known Surf Classic "Ali Baba" on You tube. Ive taught guitar, bass, banjo, and harmonica for years and love teaching all styles of Music Divine.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I find out there musical goals, types of music they like to play, and what plans they might have musically down the road. Then I follow a methodology that get my student playing their instrument rather quickly if they spend the time to practice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played as a professional musician for over twenty five years fulls time, and have played part time for many years. I have played with many famous entertainers like Sonny n Cher, James Brown, to mention a couple. I also co wrote Ali Baba a California surf song being played all over the www by other musicians, which is an honor. I have years of formal music training at the college level as well.
