I love helping my clients reach their goal. Kickboxing and boxing is a very good way to lose weight or stay in shape. Techniques are very important to maximize the workout. I mix circuit training with my workouts to compliment the training.
I have done kickboxing since i was a small child. I started with karate and opened up to new arts.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start you out with some simple exercises, like push ups, sit ups, shadow boxing to see what level you are at and then once i learn the level you are at then we make a plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im also a massage therapist for 12+ years.
