I have been playing and singing for my entire life and teaching piano and voice for many years. My work in music as a teacher and performer is enriched by my understanding of body-structure and presence. I am grounded in the classical tradition and play popular tunes and improvisations in my work as a silent film accompanist.

My lessons provide personal contact that develop, deepen and sustain a music practice. Musical intelligence is a life-resource that has durability and practical value over time. Tongue and gesture are the means by which the voice and hands discover and communicate meaning.
