About this pro

I'm very professional unlike a lot of other boxing coaches. I understand most are looking for a great workout not training for a fight. There's a huge difference. My goal is to make sure you learn your techniques correctly and safely and HAVE FUN! I'm very personable and I'm not a "it's my way or the high way" coach, I can easily switch from fun and easy going to boot camp style if that's what gets you going (combat naval veteran here). My approach is very effective, so effective that I was signed to Under Armour for 2 years as a boxing coach. I love what I do and that's making people better and more confident in themselves.

What I enjoy most is the stress relief it brings. Nothing like getting all of those daily frustrations out the way I REALLY want to without putting myself at risk of getting hurt or going to jail hahaha. Also I can't think of anyone who's in better shape than a professional boxer. The workouts push you...a lot. They bring out the best version of yourself. Sharpening my discipline and making me realize I'm stronger than I thought I was.

Antonio is a great teacher, and really keeps you motivated during the session.

Antonio gives me an amazing workout all around. He seems to instinctively know when I can give more than I think I can and when to slow the pace a bit if I need it. I always feel great when we finish, exhausted and worked but great. I’m really happy with the results I’ve gotten from training with him. The workouts are always as fun as it can be when you’re getting your butt kicked, never boring... One of the best trainers I’ve worked with... and I’ve been working out and training for 20 years as well as being a trainer myself.
