What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start w the foundation: stance & footwork learned through slow partner drills that teach thru experience. Our students get most of their education thru DRILLS that teach SKILLS in real time. Muscle memory happens round by round.
Then we move into teaching all the basic strikes of long range striking using:
1. Partner drills
2.footwork ladder drills
3. old school boxing rope work
4. pad and equipment drills
