I can help you make fast meals for your family. Teach you some knife skills as well as basic knowlege of cooking. If you would like to improve your methods and cook healthier meals, I'm your guy. I can help you use up those leftovers as well. I make great italian food and a few french as well. I have been lucky to travel and learn in both countries. Cheers
