About this pro

I am primarily a piano instructor (6.5 years of experience), but I also offer beginner guitar, ukulele, violin, and trumpet lessons as well as music composition lessons.

I received a Bachelor of Arts in Music with an Emphasis in Composition from Benedictine College and currently teach in the San Jose area.

I teach a combination of the Sukuzi Method and the ABRSM.

I do not like just posting my cell phone, but if you would like to contact me, please email me at [email protected]

I love showing students what they are capable of—namely, making music.

Her attention to detail, patience, and passion for helping others learn comes out in every lesson. She takes her business seriously, and her level of commitment to her clients is clearly a top priority. Most importantly, MeiLi really connects with the kids - they always look forward to their time with her.

We loved having Miss MeiLi teach my daughter. She was kind and patient. She was a great teacher and understood what we wanted to get out of the lessons.

Meili is very professional. She is knowledgeable, patient, well-organized and kind to her students. She always asks "How are you?" before lessons. Four of my children take piano lessons from Meili (Suzuki method). We've been with her for a year now and are very pleased with her. She was amazing during the pandemic. Kids continued lessons via zoom and we even had a recital. Our kids enjoy playing the piano because of the pieces that she chooses. Excellent music instructor!!

We love MeiLi and appreciate her dedication to teaching piano! She is willing to work with your child where they are at and to meet that child’s goals. I highly recommend her as a piano teacher!
