Private Piano Instruction

Hi, my name is Carrie and I am looking for private piano students. I will be teaching on Wednesday nights at Allegro Music Studio in Chula Vista starting at the beginning of the 2016 school year.

My Background

I have been teaching private piano (and voice) lessons since 2005 and was also an elementary music teacher for six years before moving to Chula Vista. I am classically trained in both piano and voice and have been taking lessons since I was 7 years old. I have also been an accompanist for countless individuals, ensembles, and choirs since I was in middle school.

I am looking forward to continuing my private teaching here in Chula Vista. I love working with students of all different ages and abilities and helping them to develop their love for music. I think it's important to not only develop a solid foundation in music, but to have fun doing it in the process. I have helped prepare many students to compete in Solo and Ensemble, recitals, and other piano competitions and would love to continue this as well.
