About

My students can always expect their first lesson to start with an assessment of their abilities. After I determine my student's level, we establish a goal and I create a personalized lesson plan for each student. Each week I go over what we had previously learned then start on something new. I send my students home with a detailed practice log & short videos to make sure they are practicing the correct way. At the end of the month I give my students an assessment on theory & performance.

I have been playing professionally since I was 16 years old. I started with the violin when I was in the fifth grade and expanded my musical knowledge to other instruments such as bass, guitar, piano, and drums once I got into high school.

In my freshman year of high school I joined her first band, Darkhorse, and played bass with them in American Legions, Moose lodges, and VFW Halls.

Once she gained the necessary experience playing live, she was hired by many other bands. Soon she was playing professionally with multiple bands at a time.

Teaching being her passion, she began giving music lessons to her classmates. It didn't take long before she was teaching the children of family friends and fellow church goers. And now, with many years of teaching experience, she is playing and teaching music full time.
