No worries about travel time! I do lessons online, all you need is a phone or tablet and a piano, or a keyboard with 88 weighted keys, touch sensitive and with a sustain pedal or the ability to add one.

For beginning guitar, recommend a nylon string (easier on the fingers) and one that is appropriate in size. Half or 3/4 size for kids, full size for adults.

I teach ages 5 to 95. I will teach under 5 on piano, ONLY if I am already teaching an older sibling and they have seen me. I teach 8 years old and up on guitar.

You get the full spectrum, piano/guitar theory, technic, music history. I have been teaching for over 40 years and I love sharing MY love for music with others.

Lessons are taught via Zoom, so you don’t have to travel and you and I don’t miss lessons when we have the sniffles.
