Great instruction. Vince is an amazing teacher. He is really good at walking you through the details step by step and figuring out how to make you better! Highly highly recommend.

Ive been training with Vincent for a few years now, and its always been a great experience. Vincent is a really effective teacher. He always knows how to explain or demonstrate techniques so that they make sense. And I appreciate the way that he manages to challenge me while building foundational skills.

Vincent is my first Martial Arts Instructor when I moved to LA. He is very knowledgeable in different fields of martial arts and knows them very well. My techniques and form improved a lot since the time I started. Training has always been an enjoyable experience where you look forward to it each time. Vincent is concise, well structured, and patient. If there’s a specific training you want, Vincent will add it to the session. I would sometimes ask for more cardio training and he would do just that. (The cardio helped me to lost quite a few pounds!). The only downside is that it can be a little overwhelming because he knows so many variations of one technique, but then I just ask him to slow down or break it down.

Vincent is very friendly and patient. He knows how to break down what we are learning so that we learn it quickly and correctly.
