Anna is an outstanding piano teacher who works to help each student reach his/her full potential. She takes a disciplined approach to teaching the fundamentals and uses creative methods to help her students appreciate and express the music they are playing. If you are looking to advance your piano skills and are willing to put in the work that it takes to strive for excellence, Anna is the teacher for you. My sons have been taking lessons from Anna for about 7 years, and we have seen them develop into skillful pianists improving year after year. We feel very fortunate to have Anna as our teacher – she is truly one in a million!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I am very proud to announce that 3 of my students recently became 2nd and 3rd place winners at the major piano competition

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Look for teacher, who can tailor the lessons to your individual needs and bring the most potential, who can teach you methodology on how to study at home and how to prepare yourself for performance.

If the teacher charges more for class, that most likely means you will get more for your money in the long run

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What is the policy for missing lessons

How committed am I

What is my end goal

How much am I willing to invest: time and money

What are teacher's credentials

What is the form of payment

What improvements should I expect in 1-3-6 month
