When I was looking for a personal trainer, Karlynn's eyes are what caught my attention. She is very patient with me as I have had some back injuries that have slowed my progress. Stu is a very detailed instructor. He explains every exercise and move and why you are learning it. He demonstrates and goes at your pace. He's also very encouraging while you are learning. He gives clear feedback when you can improve something and he is also patient while you are trying to learn the skill he is teaching.
