Mrs. Wang offers her in-home private piano and singing lessons to students of ages 4 to adult in Pleasanton, California.
Under Ms. Wang's teaching, students experience first hand that music is a creative art as well an interpretive art. The students learn not only how to express themselves through artistic performances of various styles of music, but they also learn how to make their own music through improvisation and composition. Ms. Wang is a dedicated and enthusiastic piano teacher with a Ph.D. in Music Education (studying Piano Pedagogy with Dr. Rebecca Johnson at The Ohio State University) and over 25 years of music teaching experience (pianist, organist, choir conductor, and general music teacher K-12) in 3 countries: Taiwan, Germany, and the USA.
