My standard price for a Lesson is $150
How did you get started teaching?
I start the the teaching process in private homes as client of my restaurant was request it, than I have the opportunity to be a part in a Hospitality Trainning Academy in Los Angeles to be an Chef Instructor assistent last August of 2017.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with young student that want to learn the basic knife skills, and cooking methods, like grilling, sauteeing, braising roasting, sauces, baking, dessert.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The latest event it was a demonstration for a new opening food service in Corona I show the process of home made ciabatta and hand made Croissants.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
For a student to find some Chef with an extended culinary background like my self with over 37 years of professional service works in restaurant and hotel. We are the best teachers we do this for a leaving our life is dedicate to the kitchen and food, no one better then someone that has spent more then half of his liefe in the kitchen can show you the way to start using your knife or bake your first bread in the oven.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
The need to be prepare and to be humble, willing to put theyr best effort on pratice and listen how profession culinary history has evolve, and what to espect in the real world.
