What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Go over your goals, teach you the basics and let the fun begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Competed for 11 years. 3 years as a pro. Shared the ring with countless contenders and pound for pound world champions. Trained people of all levels from beginners to pros, working the corners to fellow professionals.

I pride myself on giving you the knowledge that you will keep for the rest of your life, and pass on to others.
1 person- $59 per session.
2 people- $79 per session.
3 people (max)- $99 per session.
Training is 1 hour. Will start with the basics along with minor conditioning. A solid foundation is very important.
How did you get started teaching?
I started as a fighter helping fellow fighters. I've taken all the good traits of all my coaches and combined them into my own style. I've taught teenagers and kids as well. Coaches have always told me I'd make a great coach.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with beginners who've never thrown a punch to undefeated professionals.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who is willing to actually educate you on defense and offense instead of just beating a bag. I refuse to create bag beaters.
