Asha gives me an effective, varied workout, but is mindful of an existing injury, and selects appropriate exercises in order not to set back my recovery, or interfere with my physical therapy. She demonstrates the workout, advises on breathing technique, and is a great motivator.

The first time a student comes in we spend time accessing their level of fitness, their preferences and show them some basic technique to help get them started.

All of our trainers are certified by ISSA and have several years experience coaching.

There are different options available. We can discuss that directly with the student.
