About
I graduated from The Academy of Physical Education and Sport in Europa, specializing in Soccer and Boxing. I boxed in Poland for 6 years & competed on Poland's National under 21 team. I was part of the college soccer coaching staff as well as coached several clubs teams in Europe. Once I moved to the states, I coached boys and girls teams club team (Irvine Strikers, Wolfpack, NHB) and AYSO with great success. I am patient and possess a great passion for athletics and want to spread my enthusiasm with anyone intersted in learning!
I have always loved being active and consistently challenging myself. I enjoy working with someone who is motivated and committed to learning. It brings me great satisfaction being able to share my knowledge and experiences and ultimately make someone a stronger, more confident and healthier version of themselves.
I am aware that everyone is built differently and in different physical conditions. I take great pride in my ability to evaluate my students and build a custom plan tailored to their needs so that we can ultimately accomplish their goals! Nothing makes me happier than bringing out the best in my students.
