About this pro

I teach beginner to intermediate guitar. I can also teach ukulele, bass, banjo and mandolin. I can teach any genre of music and have been teaching for over 4 years. I will teach you, not only know how to play but teach you what you are doing, musically.

If you're a beginner, we can start from the ground up; we'll learn how to hold the guitar, how to tune, and how to strum your first chords. From there, we'll build the lessons around you-what you want to learn and the music you want to play!

Do you love the sound of the guitar? Are you looking for a musical outlet to express yourself and sharpen your mind? Whether it’s around the fire pit, a family reunion or the stage, I will walk you through the skills you need to read tablature and play any song. As an experienced and effective instructor he will have you playing chords your first week and playing basic songs by the second week.

Teaching is my purpose. To be able to teach others things I have learned in music is a blessing. Whether it be theory or chord structure and everything in between.. to get a new student and have them go from "I'm not sure I can do this" to all of the sudden getting it, putting it all together and playing songs with confidence. That is the biggest pay day for me. I love this job.

Chris knows his stuff and he’s patient in teaching it to you whether you’re a beginner or trying to take your guitar playing to the next level. Very well rounded musical taste, styles, and techniques. Above all that, he has never ending passion for playing guitar. Highly recommended for all levels!

My son started with Chris less than a week ago, my son had never picked up a guitar before his first lesson and within a couple days he already had the basic for his first song and is working on song #2. Chris is great at giving directions, explaining everything and making it fun! We look forward to many more lessons!
