Every student is different, but the method is the same. Beginning techniques and body movements slowly or quickly making progress, depending on the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and martial arts my whole life. I am ranked number 5 in the world as a brown belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. And I am a 4X Brazilian jiu-jitsu world champion.
