Hi this is coach Evans The first thing we do is warm ups and stretch to get the muscles warm and ready to move. There are few routines I may use as we can discuss at the time of training. Depending on what kind of Boxing ,kickboxing, Goal you may have will determine the type of training. Each exercise we do is target towards boxing, Kickboxing.
