About
We teach traditional Kung Fu with structure that is both effective for health as well as self defense application. Train Hard, Have Fun, Learn Kung Fu!
One day while training in my Kung Fu school, I heard a student say, "Since I started training, I feel a lot better about myself." That's when I knew that teaching and mentoring students in martial arts was much more fulfilling than my current 8-5 corporate job. After that d day, I decided to teach fulltime.

Assessment in what you are looking to accomplish is key in us working together. We have a strong life skills curriculum for our younger students as well as a safe and friendly curriculum in self defense that is applicable and scalable for students of all ages.
