I use the martial arts along with strength training to achieve clients fitness goals. I provide strength training programs for those interested in sculpting their bodies with resistance training. The martial arts and strength training can be used either separately or in conjunction with each other depending on the clients interests. Martial arts disciplines available include boxing, kickboxing, and muay thai.
