AMAZING!!! Shane is by far in the top BEST trainers out there. I’ve been training with him off and on for 9 years. He is consistent, honest, understanding and helps motivate you. Even if you have pain in certain areas it Shane can show you a modification movement to still help you keep moving on those days you feel you can’t.
