Don't Quit Stay Fit
About
To acknowledge your level and start progressing from there. People achieve results at different speeds and I'm here to support and help you get one step closer to achieve your goal
I'm very passionate when it comes to fitness, health, and nutrition. I've been an educator for ten years, teaching swimming, fitness, and nutrition. The moment people achieve a goal is rewarding in itself because I was part that contributed and saw the process it took to achieve.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first would be to identify a SMART goal they would like to achieve. Next, take an assessment to see their current level. Then, develop a strategy to achieve the goal by setting short and long term goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in kinesiology, taking several athletic training, fitness, and nutrition courses. I have been teaching for over eight years mostly focusing on beginners. I follow what I preach and am realistic about achieving goals.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching swim lessons and found a passion for teaching. I noticed my body reacting differently when I stopped playing sports and took the first nutrition class that allowed me to open my mind to a better understanding of how the human body works.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The best advice I give is to find someone whose teaching style to enjoy.
