I provide my clients with the training that I have used to achieve and maintain my own weight loss. I focus on form and technique. I am big on preventing exercise injuries.
I enjoy helping others achieve their goals. If we do not work on a long term (weight loss) program, at least know I leave my clients with the knowledge to continue their exercises with less risk of injury. Which is one of the biggest causes of drop outs.
