Eloise Benson Piano Lessons

Hello, my name is Eloise and I am a music teacher in the San Diego Unified School District. I have been playing and performing/accompanying piano for 15 years, and have been teaching for 8. I absolutely love teaching piano and have produced many successful students and provide performing opportunities for students interested!

I studied under the direction of Myung Hee Chung, have performed at Carnegie Hall with Whitewater's Symphonic Wind Ensemble in 2013, and have competed in their Concerto Competition in 2013 as well. I am a certified piano teacher through the Piano Academy, and have taught at the University both privately and through the Academy. Currently, I have students ranging in age from 3 to 23.

I have a strong philosophy that music should be incorporated into the lives of everyone, as it is applicable concerning school success for young learners, and personal well-being and enjoyment for older learners.
