About
Coming from a history in Nursing, with a holistic view towards health; I have decided to take this opportunity during quarantine to focus on returning to a state of wellness. I will draw from my history as a hapkido instructor with approx 16 years of Aikijitsu/Tae Kwon Do history, 4 years of wrestling, 5 years of MMA, 12 years of Bikram/Vinyasa Yoga experience, and my intermediate knowledge in Golf and Archery that I'm currently willing to develop. I look forward to training again!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
This will be an entirely new process for me but I would probably do a preliminary phone session on zoom via video chat; and set up a time and date to proceed with lessons
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a history teaching nursing students as a clinical instructor, and as an instructor for a hapkido school in San Francisco, CA
