I was born and raised in Rome, Italy where I got my degrees in Hospitality. When 17years ago I moved to the Bay Area I opened and worked as a Chef for my two restaurant for 15years, pairing food with local ingredients and connecting with farmers in the area. In 2019 I got my degree in Holistic Health Coach and Personal Trainer I've been using this learning in my culinary skills.
