My unique method of training focuses on both offensive and defensive techniques in a realistic approach that provide skills in a way that would advance an individual on any level. You will have an intense hour long workout and with my more than 40 years experience as a fighter and trainer I've combined boxing, kick boxing, and mixed martial arts (MMA) to develop a well rounded fighter. You can trained as a boxer, a kick boxer, or a combination of all (MMA). Do not hesitate to call, "my way is not your way, but a guide to the truth in you"
