What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I get to know them, they are usually lacking strumming hand, and the basic music theory of knowledge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to work in Idyllwild Arts as a guitar and song writting instructor.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I do 45 min online on zoom and I charge now 50 dolars for it.
How did you get started teaching?
I am also a tennis instructer and a painter, Guitar was a hobbie and i teach just to the ones who loves to learn.
What types of students have you worked with?
I helped graduate several students from where i used to work, they were consisted of Hip Hop artists, genius scientist minded guitar players, shy song writers, musicians only want to learn the guitar playing to use as a sketch book because they can't carry their pianos to their holiday destination.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was in San Diego for Massive Attack concert in the university, they didn't just play it they killed it.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Student brings the lesson, not the teacher in private teaching, I learn from my students and i find the teaching for them and teach them I search for them, that's being a teacher.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
no questions really, just connnect and play a bit we work on your connections on online, i want to see your both hands and hear your guitar clearly.
That is is the way to it, only clear connection.
