My Lancaster Studio has been here for 15 years and produced some amazing singers. I have students who range in age from 4 to 75, have placed in, and won, competitions, been Top 40 on "X-Factor, 2nd Call Back on "The Voice", called back for the "Hamilton National Tour, the "KidzBop World Tour", was the winner of ABC7's "GMA's Pop Star Search", won Full Ride University Scholarships, hold Recording Contracts & Perform Locally, Nationally/Internationaly.

At my Studio I cover Vocal Technique, expand vocal range, Breathing Techniques & teach various Musical styles & Interpretation.

I love watching my Students succeed and achieve their goals. The Studio celebrates all the Scholarships, Shows, Performances and Contracts that Students receive.

    Extremely unprofessional. Donna was not following covid guidelines and wasted huge chunks of our appointment time on personal conversation and her opinions on topics that had nothing to do with singing.
    I had 1.5 lessons with Donna - the first lesson she arrived exactly at the time of our appointment, knowing it takes her 5-10 minutes to set up & turn on her studio. Once everything was ready, she went off into a long tangent about things that had nothing to do with the singing lesson, like her and her familys medical history, her opinions on American Idol and who contestants married, her opinions on covid, etc. I finally politely interrupted her after 10 minutes to start the lesson, 20-25 minutes after we were supposed to start.
    During the lesson, Donna continued to go off in tangents about things that either had nothing to do with singing, or were way too advanced for my knowledge and experience level. The next lesson, she shows up right at appointment time again, set up her studio, and took a phone call, wasting my lesson time. I was also extremely uncomfortable because she was not following covid guidelines - she didnt have a mask on, there was no fresh air flow of any kind (a purifier, open door, nothing), and she told me, unprompted, that she had been in contact with at least 5 people with a confirmed active case of covid, but that it wasnt a big deal.
    I asked that we cancel our remaining lessons and if I could receive a refund. She respectfully asked my reasons. I respectfully told her my reasons (which were her not following covid guidelines and the fact that I felt my time was being wasted because she was late). She proceeded to YELL at me, telling me why my reasons were wrong, insisting on her personal covid beliefs, and telling me that if she was 10 minutes late she would have given me an extra 10 minutes at the end of the lesson.
    Which is nice, but not everyone is flexible enough to be able to do that. Which is why I make appointments. I finally interrupted her yelling and told her I didnt care what she believed or how she felt about my reasons - she respectfully asked and I respectfully told her. I would just like to cancel our lessons and receive a refund. She rudely asked me to step outside and wait for her to give me my refund because, and I quote, I dont want you in my studio or to hear you talk (after she had just yelled at me for 5 straight minutes.)
    I received a full refund and returned the materials she gave me.
