He's very knowledgeable and trains like if I was going to fight in Las Vegas lol! Fun guy to work with.

Great and knowledgeable trainer. Takes you step by step teaching you the basics of boxing. I have train with other trainers but they only want to charge and do the same exercises over and over it's like I know how to do a push up or a sit up. Now Im confident I can defend myself Grrrr!!! :)

Sal made it fun but it was not easy losing 20 pounds because of all the workouts he does and the mitt work is no joke. I though I was training for a fight lol!

No more pills or diet drinks. I been training with Sal for a month now and it was hard in the beginning adjusting to my new nutrition and now I feel better about myself because of the workouts he does and now I can say I know what to do to defend myself. Boxing is no joke and now I'm starting to see a different picture when I watch GGG and all those boxers fighting in the ring. Great trainer by far 100%
