Been training professional fighters,kids and adults for 15 years. I myself have done compete in boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and jujitsu as a brown belt under Javier Vazquez. I have help people lose weight and learn a new art. I have also help people reach their goals and help with functional movement and strength & conditioning.
