Guitar Nut Compensation

I am known for doing setups on both acoustic and electric guitars using a " compensated guitar nut" which makes them play in tune all over the neck including the open chords near the neck. I also provide a limited amount of beginners lessons. However for those that want more advanced lessons and training, I recommend a friend that lives just down the street from me. I have a collection of around 30 guitars and have worked on them for around 40 years. My goal is to make every guitar play as easy and in tune as possible, which ultimately makes beginning players stay with learning to play. Too many players get discouraged because the strings are too high and too hard to play, and when they do learn a chord, it doesn't sound beautiful because most guitars do not come with a compensated nut. I will be coming out with a book in early 2021 on the mechanics and physics of a guitar setup using a compensated nut.the title will be " Guitar Nut Compensation" the physics and mechanics of setting up a guitar to play in tune.
