What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I love working with new students. We will establish a method and a style that works for their respective skill level. Everyone learns a little bit different and part of being a good private teacher is being able to read how a person likes to be taught and develop an approach around it .

I have been teaching professionally for over 20 years.
What types of students have you worked with?
In my 20+ years of teaching guitar I've worked with everyone. Business people, artists, lawyers, kids, 5 year olds, 75 year olds. Men, woman. Old and young people with hearing aids, people with special needs and hand issues. People that claimed to have zero rhythm. I'm happy to report that everyone can learn!
