I've trained martial arts for over 11 years! I trained in Muay Thai jiu jitsu wrestling boxing Chi Chuan do Wing Chun and a little Sun Tzu very little though! So all of these elements go into my jeet kune do! Because that's what Bruce Lee believed is that you find your own way and that way is incorporating many other styles into one! And how my training may differ for some, I will push you to your fullest potential! It's going to be real hard work, and I will not be soft on you at all! but you will thank me later!

So we run a regiment of 15 minutes of cordial to warm the body up, and the cardio can consist of Shadow Boxing ,running, sprinting! Thin streching! And after we stretch we work on various techniques, I will discuss martial arts philosophy with you! And allow you to know the reason why certain things are practiced! So certain days we will do strength and conditioning as well, and some light sparring!
