10 years of experience teaching make me confident to taylor music lessonsaccordingly to interest and goals of my students.
As a general objective, students will learn the basics of musical theory applied to the performing of musical pieces. Specifically, the students will be able to perform chords and melodies by reading scores. In addition, students will have an introduction to music appreciation, by performing different styles of music (classical, jazz, pop and/or latin folk).
I enjoy getting to know amazing people and helping them to develop their musical skills. I always enjoy when my students realize how much they have progressed since the first lesson.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I help students to choose the right instument to start lessons, for example, when choosing a guitar, some parents ask me for help to decide what type, size, brand and model, so they are more confident to get one that is appropiate.
Next, I recommend the method book that is going that are going to be used on the lessons.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a musician, singer and sogwriter during the last 20 years.
