I have been an academic teacher since High School starting with tutoring, teaching Sunday School, pre-school, k-8 and then 10 years ago started in various fitness modalities as well, which led to Yoga. Teaching Yoga is my true passion.
I have taught beginners to intermediated students ages 1-90. Kids yoga, family yoga, Senior Yoga as well as lunchtime Chair Yoga for businesses and yoga for those with limited ability.
