About
Sheree graduated from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee with a degree in Commercial Piano studying under Anthony Belfiglio. Her degree allowed her to study many forms of music from classical, jazz, contemporary, blues, to rock and more. She plays and teaches piano, guitar, and ukulele. Sheree is a singer/songwriter and is in the process of recording her fourth album. She has played and performed in the community and various different venues throughout the past several years.
Sheree has taught music lessons to children and adults for over a decade now. Her desire is to help grow an individual in the fundamentals of music while recognizing and helping them to grow in their specific strengths, goals, and individual gift sets in music. She teaches the foundation blocks of music including music theory and site reading, and branches off to teach a variety of different forms of music, including creativity in songwriting and more. Sheree's number one desire in teaching is to help a child grow in the art of music with excellence, while also helping them to cultivate a passion for music so that it truly becomes a desire of their own.
I love raising up people to be motivaed, driven, excellent, and excited about learning and performing music. Being able to coach people to reach some of their personal dreams in music is one of my greatest rewards. Sometimes it takes one person really believing in you to have the confidence to go after what you want to do, and I love getting to be the person that champions my students in ways that they need.
