I love teaching basic Karate everything starts with the basic you have to get the basic correct first, and helping others is a blessing to see them progress forward. No matter how good you are. basic is always important.
Friendly experienced instructor that motivates all the kids in an amazing productive way.
Sensei Roland knows how to relate to students, how to motivate them and make the learning fun.
We start with warm ups, then move to basic blocks, kicks, punches how to hold your hands, how to move forward and backwards. Then you will start to learn the first Kata and work on blocks, kicks stands.
I have about 22 years experience all together Boxing, Shotokan Karate
