I love teaching basic Karate everything starts with the basics you have to get the basic correct first, and helping others is a blessing to see them progress forward. No matter how good you are. basic is always important. In Karate we understand everyone body is different and enjoying is the most important part!
Friendly experienced instructor that motivates all the kids in an amazing productive way.
Sensei Roland knows how to relate to students, how to motivate them and make the learning fun.
We start with warm ups, then move to basic blocks, kicks, punches how to hold your hands, how to move forward and backwards. Then you will start to learn the first Kata and work on blocks, kicks stands. These is a guide line I have to follow!
I have about 22 years experience all together Boxing, Shotokan Karate
Because I want to teach so I don't forget this gift of Shotokan Karate I will only charge $20.00 hr.
I was a very hard working student did not miss a class even after breaking my forearm in training, still continued my Instructor sent me to training for assistance trainer and after that I started my own class in Greece, Crete after my Instructor relocated due to family matters, I went to the head of the Village where I was living on the Island and ask if I could teach the kids. Only if they had good grades and worked hard. I had 27 students it was great what a challenge the language is Greek mixed with English!
Greek students so the language was a challenge but we got the job done!
